As usual Amanda Bynes is spotted in a short dress running errands in Burbank. I don’t think this girl has any dress below the knee in her closet. Don’t get me wrong guys, I’m definitely not complaining.
By the way if you notice, she is also wearing a short shorts. Yes guys, she has magical powers and she transformed from the red dress to a short shorts while she was out and about. Lol……
