Katy Perry is not known for her looks. She is popular because she can sing and she got mad talent, but that doesn’t mean she can’t hire someone to help her pick out better outfits to wear on stage and in public. Come on Katy, you can do better.

I’m sorry but I think the tartan outfit is OK. She *is* known for her looks and actually is only a passable singer.
Her looks? Katy Perry is an average girl. Celebrities and ordinary people’s looks are judge differently. We tend to be more bias in our assessments of celebrities.
