Shia LaBeouf who was involved in a car crash over the weekend was cleared of blame by the police on Tuesday. According to the cops the other party failed to stop at the red light which resulted in the collision.

The 22 year old “Indiana Jones and Transformer” star was reported to be driving under the influence and while making a left turn collided with the other vehicle. The impact cause LaBeouf’s truck to roll over.

Steve Whitmore, a spokesman for the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department said:

“LaBoeuf has been determined at this stage not to have caused the accident.”

LaBeouf was cited for a misdemeanor, driving under the influence and according to Whitmore, he has not been formally charge as officials are waiting for the results of a toxicology test
